Luke Schmit has joined Triten Real Estate Partners as Analyst for Triten's Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) team. Prior to joining Triten, he worked for Benchmark Bank as a Credit Analyst Intern, where he focused on borrower and collateral analysis. He also interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for MHT Partners, where he assisted in the early stages of the sell side process.

Luke received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in May of 2022.
